Sailor Palkia

This is the legendary Pokemon Palkia, reborn as a Sailor Senshi. It is a Water/Dragon type with a base stat total of 680 (awesome), and has the power to warp space, and it part of the Creation Trio of the Sinnoh region. Its powers are magnified if it has a Lustrous Orb in its possession. It is the version mascot of Pokemon Pearl.

Since I got the Platinum version, both of Sinnoh’s other great legendaries were available after I creamed the Elite Four (and met a worthy opponent named Cynthia), and with two vacant slots in my party, I returned to Mt. Pillar and searched for them. I caught both of them in the span of ten minutes. I discovered Palkia shares a type combination with Kingdra, which makes it have a weakness only to the Dragon type. Even if you had some Dragon Type moves, Palkia is still a legendary, and would have to be smacked with those moves twice to be brought down to critical health for capture.

Sailor Palkia was also given the Wyrmwand, though I switched the colors to match her, and switched her dominant hand, which I thought looked pretty good. I also wanted to make sure she had long hair, which I also had it tied in the back as well. I went for a different style of hair this time. Her earrings gave me a hard time because I can’t draw too many things that tiny. I started with a galaxy, but it ended up looking nothing like one, so I instead added a ringed planet out of frustration. It still fits with the space theme, which I was going for. The pink jewelry is a reference to the orbs on Palkia’s shoulders (which ironically don’t look like the Lustrous Orb)

Attacks:

Spacial Rend: Sailor Palkia sends out a shockwave toward her target. She can easily strike critical hits with this.

Surf: Sailor Palkia sends out a huge tidal wave that floods the surrounding area, drowning her opponents. Her allies are encased in bubbles to protect them

Gravity: Sailor Palkia distorts gravity around her target. If they are in the air, it pins them to the ground briefly. Either way, it also drops their health by a percentage, but only once.
