Yang Xiao Long

“I’m a thrill-seeker.  I want to travel around the world and get wrapped up in as many crazy adventures as I can.  And if I help people along the way, then that’s even better.  It’s a win-win y’know?”

She is the fourth main character from the web series RWBY, and represents the ‘Y’ in its name.  She is Ruby’s older sister (same father, different mothers), and is the tallest among Team RWBY.  She is very confident and energetic.  She often makes sarcastic comments in the heat of battle, especially against someone she knows she can easily defeat.  Her weapons are a pair of Dual Ranged Shot Gauntlets named Ember Celica.

She is voiced by Barbara Dunkleman.  Her name is Chinese for "Small Dragon of the Sunshine."  She is based on Goldilocks, hence her long blonde hair.  It's also really long, so there's a bit of Rapunzel in there as well.  Her semblance is becoming stronger with each hit.  Also, for the love of God, do not touch nor cut her hair.  Don't even look at it funny.  She has a hair-trigger temper (see what I did there), and will kill you deader than dead if you mess with her golden locks.  Just ask those two Ursai she beat the crap out of when they managed to cut it.

Yang took the longest to draw out of Team RWBY.  Her outfit has so many details and colors compared to the other girls.  Her hands gave me the most trouble, mostly because she wears black gloves under the gauntlets, and you can't see the details on anything black.  The underside of her skirt should be white, but I added a lighter shade of yellow to it so it would stand out better.  Her hair took come time because of its length, and that some of the strands aren't lined up with each other.

And with Yang finished, all I have left is the group photo.  Don't know when that will be done though.  I haven't worked out all the details.
